Chief: Kyriba TMS Admin at Cellulant Nigeria in Lagos

Position Overview

The Kyriba TMS Admin will own and optimise Cellulant's Treasury Management System (Kyriba) to guarantee it supplies secure, productive, and ability to scale assist for treasury and payments processes. This position is critical in empowering instantaneous visibility of cash and liquidity, making sure the straight-through processing of high-volume payments, and preserving the honesty and reliability of our risk and adherence methods. As a trusted domain specialist, the position holder will collaborate directly with Treasury, Finance, IT, banks, and payment vendors to keep Kyriba stable, future-prepared, and in sync with Cellulant's growth schedule across Africa.

Cash, Liquidity & Payments:

• Track and resolve routine cash roles from various banks using automated feeds (SWIFT, MT940, BAI2, ISO20022).
• Ensure smooth implementation of high-volume payments through H2H, SWIFT, and API channels.
• Lead automatic control of liquidity predicting, pooling, and intercompany cash flows.

Projects & Upgrades:

• Head the rollout of new Kyriba modules (FX, investments, payments factory, APIs).
• Oversee upgrades, UAT, and new bank linkages.
• Collaborate with Treasury and IT to supply automatic control and reduce documented guide interventions.

Development & Assist:

• Fulfill the role of first-line specialist assist for Treasury and Finance users.
• Supply development and produce letter of recommendation materials to improve user adoption.
• Engage with Kyriba advisors and external associates for escalations and ongoing development.

Expertise and Credentials

• Bsc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Operational structures, or relevant field.
• 4–6 years of related experience in treasury, payments processes, or TMS management.
• Exhibited practical experience with Kyriba (crucial).
• Exposure to both corporate treasury and high-volume payments environments.
• Specialist qualifications (CTP, AMCT, CFA, CPA) are a robust advantage.
