Job Description

We are looking for an skilled and outcomes-driven Commercial coordinator to supervise and grow our organisation’s business in the Western Region of Nigeria.
The preferred candidate will possess 3–5 years of proven sales expertise, with a strong insight of the key markets and trade dynamics in the West.
A profile in the plastic industry or thermowares sector will be a robust advantage.

Formulate and implement sales plans to attain organisation targets in the Western Region.
Recognize, engage, and oversee connections with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Observe industry trends, rival initiatives, and client response to guide sales tactics.
Organize and check in on orders, supplies, and payments to guarantee client fulfillment.
Organize periodic sales documentation, projections, and market evaluation for management.
Assist the execution of promotion and advertising initiatives in the region.
Ensure proper visibility of the organization’s goods in all key markets in the West.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and client support) to preserve productive processes.

Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or relevant field.
3–5 years of successful sales expertise, ideally in FMCG, plastics, or thermowares.
Solid understanding of key markets in Western Nigeria (e.g., Lagos, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Akure, Ilorin, etc.).
Clear articulation, bargain, and people skills.
Competence in Office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Capability to operate independently and commute extensively inside the region.
Result-oriented, self-driven, and resilient under pressure.
