Role summary

The Generation Manager will supervise all day-to-day activities of the plant from generation and production operations to guarantee rules and standardized processes are followed. He will formulate methods that will optimize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity. The Generation manager supervise employees, generation and effectiveness, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, productively and safely.

Duties

• Strategize arrange, direct and run most effective daily processes to exceed our clients’ requirements
• Decide how best to use plant’s workers and tools to meet generation targets 
• Be in charge of generation result, product standard and on-time dispatch
• Make sure that generation stays on timetable and within financial plan 
• Help in the hiring process of specialists, educate, and assess workers 
• Evaluate generation data and generate routine, on a weekly basis and every month documentation to the COO
• Track plant’s workers to guarantee they meet output goal and safety qualifications 
• Produce ways to make the generation process lean and more productive 
• Decide whether new machines are needed or whether overtime work is necessary 
• Diagnose issues, diagnose and fix generation hurdles during generation process
• Direct and oversee plant processes for generation, servicing & maintenance, quality and stock
• Organize plant initiatives through the organizing with unit-specific managers to guarantee the total production operations targets are achieved in a prompt and cost-efficient manner
• Formulate and regulate profits, strategies, and financial plan. 
• Execute economical operational structures of regulate over capital, operating expenditures, labor, wages and salaries. 
• Supervises capital asset servicing & maintenance. 
• Establish and track entire plant effectiveness for generation and quality benchmarks. 
• Regulate and reduce work overtime, premium freight and fix expenditures. 
• Preserve current plant facilities and tools; replace, or make modifications to plant facilities and tools as required. 
• Offer direction and development to achieve the organization targets and targets. 
• Executes and sustains preventive servicing & maintenance programs
• Includes shop floor company and plant cleanliness among plant staff. 
• Delivers direction, development and executive guidance to generation manager. 
• Formulate operational structures and methods that track and enhance productivity and guidelines, indicators and effectiveness targets to guarantee efficient return on assets
• Stay current with latest generation management industry standards and notions
• Any other operation as may be allocated by the COO.
