About the Position

We are looking for a meticulous and initiative-driven Financial officer to join our agile team and support to our purpose.

Money movement Management:

Track money movement to guarantee adequate liquidity for business needs. Resolve financial statements and oversee financial financial record productively.

Model New Income Streams:

• Conceptualizes credit evaluation and scoring models.
• Defines loan authorization evaluation benchmarks and risk risk reduction plans.
• Track project sample health and loan defaults.
• Tracks loan disbursements, repayments, and financial effectiveness.
• Ensures adherence with financial rules and status updates guidelines.
• Organize balance sheet and income statement for investors or financing associates.

Adherence and Auditing:

• Guarantee adherence with tax rules and other statutory qualifications.
• Assist within and outside the organization audits by getting ready necessary recordkeeping and responding to audit queries.
• Organize with external associates, which includes banks, auditors, and compliance-related governing bodies, when necessary.

Credentials

• Bachelor's or MSC in Accounting or a relevant field
• 7+ years of practical experience in accounting or finance Management.
• Competence in financial system like Zoho Records and improved competencies in Excel spreadsheet software.
• Deep knowledge of financial principles, tax rules, and accounting guidelines.
• Outstanding logical and issue resolution abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and work alongside productively within a tight-knit team.
• Robust documented and spoken communication competencies.
• High flexibility and readiness to grow in a agile, dynamic environment.
• Chartered certification from a reputable body.
