Job Description

We’re looking for a Manager: Development-operations Head – Level 3H to head the Development-operations plan, channels, and procedures across the enterprise.
This position ensures development and processes teams are helped with the right resources, pipelines, and automatic control to supply secure, dependable, and ability to scale operational structures.
The Development-operations Head leads an environment that fosters uninterrupted consolidation, uninterrupted dispatch, and operations excellency while aligning with enterprise engineering compliance and adherence guidelines.

Ensure Development-operations procedures adhere with guard, compliance-related, and information security guidelines.
Execute disaster recovery, business continuity, and issue resolution process frameworks.
Regulate entry management, secrets management, and secure setup management.
Align Development-operations processes with enterprise ITIL and GRC frameworks.

8–12 years’ expertise in Development-operations, cloud engineering, or structure positions, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a executive guidance capacity.
Demonstrated expertise building and scaling Development-operations procedures in enterprise or financial technology environments.
Practical proficiency with CI/CD, automatic control, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and tracking software.
Solid experience in cloud-native architectures and hybrid cloud channels.
Expertise executing SRE procedures, observability, and issue resolution process frameworks.
Understanding with controlled industries (banking, financial technology, telecom, healthcare) preferred.

In-depth understanding in Development-operations resources, cloud structure, and automatic control procedures.
Effective guidance and team lead competencies, with a verified ability to grow top-performing Development-operations teams.
Outstanding expertise in guard, adherence, and compliance in Development-operations.
