About the Position

Primary duties

• Oversee the comprehensive video generation process: brainstorming, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams (promotion, design, social platforms, product) to guarantee cohesive corporate identity communication tone.
• Preserve a video content calendar and guarantee promptness dispatch of projects.
• Enhance video content across multiple channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, organisation website, etc.).
• Track video key indicators and offer findings to enhance relation and switches.
• Ensure corporate identity uniformity, tone, and quality across all video content.
• Stay informed on video practices, resources, and industry standards to keep content fresh and creative.

Credentials

• Bsc in Media, Communications, Promotion, or a relevant field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of expertise in video generation, editing, or content management.
• Solid understanding of visual content editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Concluding Cut Pro, DaVinci Settle).
• Expertise coordinating content across YouTube and social platforms channels.
• Outstanding corporate and project coordination competencies with the capability to manage various due dates.
• Robust narrative creation, graphic messaging, and innovative direction competencies.
• Understanding with SEO for video and data analysis resources (e.g., YouTube Data analysis, Google Data analysis).
