Overview

The Key Objective of this position is to head and oversee the Wrapping Department (People, Plant, Process and Operational structures) in order to attain the necessary standard of product standard and result in the top-performing and efficient manner.

Key Position duties

• Preserve safe, healthy and risk free operating environment
• Oversee HR
• Enhance Teams performances
• Oversee plant, process and operational structures in line with Worldwide AB-Inbev guidelines
• Convert and execute wrapping, production operations and business plans
• Head, lead and preserve VPO guidelines and procedures
• Enhance process capabilities
• Co-ordinate Wrapping logistics
• Oversee productivity to within financial plans .

At least Qualifications

• Applicable Engineering or Business Management Academic qualification
• A minimum of 3-5 years FMCG generation expertise at management level
• Chartered Institute of Brewing and Distilling certification in Wrapping a desirable asset.
