About the Position

We are seeking a outcomes-driven Initiatives Commercial manager with a solid experience in the energy sector. The preferred candidate must hold a COREN accreditation and have demonstrated expertise in closing sales energy-associated initiatives, building customer connections, and pushing income increase.

Primary duties

• Recognize, formulate, and close initiative-based sales avenues in the energy sector.
• Engage with corporate customers, utilities, and decision-makers to comprehend needs and propose tailored initiatives.
• Work alongside engineering and technical teams to design customized proposals.
• Head sales demonstrations, initiative exhibitions, and deal discussions.
• Repeatedly meet or exceed sales and income targets.
• Preserve precise records of avenues, projections, and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Engineering, Energy, or relevant field.
• COREN Accreditation (mandatory).
• At least 5 years’ proven sales / business development expertise in the energy / power industry.
• Robust network and comprehension of energy sector dynamics in Nigeria.
• Outstanding bargain, information exchange, and public speaking.
• Competence in MS Workspace and CRM resources.
