Position Overview

The Collaboration Manager will obtain, onboard, and oversee strategic connections with airlines, bus operators, and commute ecosystem players. They will bargain agreements, ensure smooth integrations, and assist regional growth endeavors.

Primary duties

• Head orientation of airlines and bus companies
• Bargain SLAs, payment terms, and technology consolidation.
• Build long-term connections with unions, ticketing desks, and associates.
• Collect response from associates to enhance product-market suit.
• Lead regional growth (e.g., Southwest, North).
• Formulate joint-promotion programs with associates to grow appointments and user relation.
• Settle work collaboratively clashes and report to higher support tier concerns where necessary.
• Track and benchmark rival strategic collaborations for market findings.
• Organize consistent documentation on work collaboratively effectiveness for the COO.
• Educate associates on using our operational structures and resources productively.
• Assist regional events and roadshows to lead work collaboratively purchase.

Credentials & Qualifications

• At least an Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree academic qualification in Business Management, Promotion, Economics, Transport & Logistics, or associated discipline. A MSC is a plus.
• 5–8+ years’ expertise in B2B strategic collaborations, transport/aviation, or financial technology.
• Robust bargain and relationship building capability.
• Comfort with commute across Nigeria
• Verified ability to generate income growth through strategic collaborations.
• Understanding with API or system unification in work collaboratively businesses.
• Clear articulation and connection leadership abilities.
