Position Overview

The Manager: QA plays a vital function in making sure the quality and reliability of digital applications across the enterprise. Status updates to the Top level Quality assurance Manager, this position is practical in building and carrying out test strategies, automating test scenarios, and verifying releases across mobile applications, backend APIs, and cloud-based channels. Operating within Nimble squads, the Quality assurance Manager team up closely with developers, product owners, Development-operations engineers, and Quality assurance team members to guarantee high test coverage, early defect discovery, and compliance to test compliance guidelines.

Expertise:

• 4 –6 years’ expertise in documented guide, effectiveness, and automated running test.
• Practical experience running test mobile applications, web portals, and APIs.
• Demonstrated expertise verifying Java-based backend APIs, business logic, information accuracy, and consolidation points.
• Exposure to cloud-based environments (e.g., Azure) and hybrid/DR-prepared setups.
• Understanding with CI/CD-combined running test pipelines and version regulate channels (Git, Azure Development-operations, GitHub Actions).
• Expertise operating in Nimble/Scrum environments.

Specialized abilities:

• Running test & Automatic control Frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Appium, JMeter, Katalon, Cypress.
• CI/CD & Test Consolidation: Azure Development-operations, Jenkins, SonarQube, Allure, GitHub Actions.
• Mobile & API Running test: Firebase Test Lab, App Center, Swagger/Postman.
• Test Data & Environment Management: Wire Mock or equivalent middleware for mocking endpoints.

Core Competencies & Skills:

• Robust meticulousness, verbal abilities, and ownership of test results.
• Capability to balance documented guide and automated running test while making sure release quality and regression coverage.
• Proficient in partnership across development, product, Development-operations, and Quality assurance teams.
• Initiative-driven mentality with concentration on early defect discovery, quality compliance, and ongoing development.
