Recruitment Manager at Palmpay Limited in Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos

Position Overview

The Recruitment Manager will be in charge of top PalmPay’s hiring process plan, monitoring full-cycle recruiting methods, and making sure that the organization attracts and recruits the best skilled to assist its rapid growth. This position requires a strategic leader with robust stakeholder engagement competencies, practical hiring proficiency, and a verified ability to build ability to scale, analytics-based hiring process procedures in a dynamic financial technology environment.

Hiring process Processes:

• Supervise full-cycle hiring process, from procurement and screening to proposal bargain and orientation.
• Execute industry standards in applicant evaluation, making sure uniformity and fairness in recruiting decisions.
• Oversee connections with hiring process agencies, position boards, and other external associates.
• Lead the use of hiring process tech (ATS, LinkedIn Talent scout, etc.) to enhance recruiting methods.

Data & Status updates:

• Track and evaluate key hiring process indicators (time-to-fill, cost-per-employ, quality of employ, etc.) to measure performance and mentor strategic judgment.
• Show consistent documentation and findings to executive team.
• Constantly enhance methods based on analytics-based findings.

Credentials

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, or relevant field (MSC is a plus).
• 7+ years of expertise in Recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a executive or team lead position.
• Demonstrated expertise hiring across various processes (technical, business-related, processes) in financial technology, banking, or high-growth entities.
• Robust stakeholder engagement and shaping competencies at the executive team level.
• Competence in using ATS channels, LinkedIn Talent scout, and other procurement resources.
• Exhibited success in top hiring process marketing in diverse and multi-country settings.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and people skills.
• High level of honesty and reliability, adaptability, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
