Change-in-Charge – PET Generation at Ascentech Services Limited in Ilupeju, Lagos

Position Overview

The Change-in-Charge will supervise and oversee routine PET preform generation processes, which includes Injection and Blow Moulding. The position is in charge of directing change teams, making sure generation targets are accomplished, and preserving high guidelines excellent quality, safety, and effectiveness.

Primary duties

• Oversee and organize PET preform generation initiatives (Injection & Blow Moulding) during allocated changes.
• Head and oversee labor to guarantee generation targets are repeatedly met.
• Track generation effectiveness, quality, and result through standard procedure checks and status updates.
• Strategy and supervise mould modifications, preventive servicing & maintenance of machines, moulds, and utilities.
• Diagnose issues and settle system problems during generation breakdowns.
• Ensure adherence to compliance to safety, adherence, and QA guidelines.
• Preserve discipline, timeliness, and effectiveness among production worker.
• Assist ongoing development programs for productivity and process optimisation.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Academic qualification or Certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated expertise in PET Preform Injection and Blow Moulding processes.
• Robust specialized skill in diagnosing issues and machine managing.
• Exhibited supervisory and management abilities in a production operations environment.
• Capability to operate productively under pressure and in a change-based system.
