Overview

As we organize to initiate processes, we are seeking a skilled, inspired, and skilled Store Manager / Supervisorto head our restaurantteam, supervise eatery processes, oversee kitchen and service employees, and ensure client fulfillment.

Primary duties

• Strategy menus and day-to-day activities
• Oversee cooks, assistants, and waiters
• Track food quality, hygiene, and visual communication
• Regulate food expenses and reduce wastage

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in hotel management or relevant field
• 2+ years of expertise in dining venue/eatery management
• Robust handling multiple responsibilities and management abilities.
