About the Position

We are looking for dependable and meticulous POS Retrievers to join our site processes team. The position includes retrieving faulty, idle, or recalled POS terminals from merchants/agents, updating stock records, and making sure prompt handover to our processes or technical team.

Primary duties

• Retrieve POS terminals from merchants and agents as planned.
• Confirm device description, edit records, and offer merchant verification.
• Safely transport devices to hubs or service centers.
• Meet retrieval targets and service timelines (SLAs).
• Offer effective communication and assist to merchants.

Qualifications

• At least SSCE/OND (Certification/Academic qualification is a plus).
• 1–3 years’ expertise in site processes, logistics, or POS managing.
• Valid driving permit and capability to commute across allocated state.
• Robust meticulousness, integrity, and effective communication competencies.
