Job Description

Formulate and execute strategic business development strategies and plans to attain organizational expansion targets.

Organize and show business proposals, pitches, and demonstrations to possibility customers or investors.
Bargain and complete agreements, agreements, and strategic collaborations to secure new commercial opportunities.
Stay informed about the organization's goods or solutions and be capable to communicate effectively their value propositions to customers.
Work alongside cross-operational teams, which includes promotion, product development, and finance, to assist business expansion.

Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field.
Demonstrated expertise in proposal drafting, visual communication dispatch, and customer analysis.
Established history of a minimum of 4 years of expertise as a Proposal or Business development Officer
Knowledgeable about real estate development, financial funding proposals, or business-related property projects
Clear articulation and public speaking, both documented and verbal.
Exhibited capability to build and sustain connections with customers and participants.
