POS Processes Internship at Getpayed Technology Solutions Limited in Ajah-Lekki, Lagos

Position Overview

The POS Processes Internship will assist the daily management of POS terminals. This comprises getting ready terminals for task, helping with stock tracking, assisting dispatch and logistics processes, and assisting with POS requests and business account setups as required.

Primary duties

• Prep POS terminals for new agents and merchants.
• Help in processing POS requests, which includes producing or updating merchant/business records.
• Preserve precise recordkeeping of allocated and returned devices.
• Work alongside the POS and assist teams to settle terminal-associated concerns.
• Execute basic diagnosing issues and ensure devices are prepared for site deploying.
• Ensure terminals are tested, customized, and logged properly before dispatch.
• Assist the logistics and dispatch team with terminal dispatch and tracking.

Qualifications

• OND, Higher national diploma, or Bsc in any site (or at present studying).
• Robust meticulousness and basic technical skilled.
• Effective communication and planning abilities.
• Readiness to operate in-field and assist site logistics.
• Interest in financial technology, processes, or logistics will be an added advantage.
