Repossession Officer at Ascentech Services Limited in Ajah, Lagos

Position Overview

We are recruiting a Repossession Officer on representation of our customer in the refrigeration and electronics sector. The preferred candidate will be in charge of locating, recovering, and repossessing organisation assets from defaulting clients while making sure competence and compliance to lawful standardized processes.

Primary duties

• Track and track accounts with defaulted payments.
• Locate clients and organisation assets through site visits and investigative.
• Start repossession initiatives following organisation rules and lawful guidelines.
• Recover electronics, refrigeration units, or associated items from defaulting customers.
• Offer precise routine documentation on all repossession endeavors.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., credit, sales, lawful) to guarantee a aligned approach.
• Preserve proper recordkeeping for all recovered items and customer engagements.
• Manage confrontational conditions with competence and calm.

Qualifications

• At least SSCE / OND; a Academic qualification is a plus.
• 1 – 2 years of expertise in receivables monitoring, collections, or asset recovery.
• Good expertise in Lagos routes, especially Ajah and its environs.
• Clear expression, bargain, and dispute-solution competencies.
• Must be capable to operate independently and under pressure.
• Truthful, dependable, and physically suit to carry out repossession obligations.
