About the Position

We are looking for a agile and outcomes-driven Brand promoter/Business Development Executive with a robust track document of a minimum of 5 years of related experience. The preferred candidate will formulate and execute plans to grow sales, expand market presence, and lead maintainable business expansion. Expertise in theReal Estate, Building, or Agricultural sectors is a robust advantage.

Primary duties

• Recognize, formulate, and oversee new commercial opportunities to grow income.
• Build and preserve robust customer connections through clear communication and outstanding client support.
• Produce and execute promotional initiatives, proposals, and demonstrations that identify potential clients and close agreements.
• Carry out market analysis to recognize practices, rival initiatives, and possibility clients.
• Work alongside management to formulate pricing plans and advertising initiatives.
• Bargain agreements and agreements to optimize profit and customer satisfaction.
• Track and documentation on sales effectiveness, promotion ROI, and market findings.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Bsc in Promotion, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years’ demonstrated expertise in promotion, sales, or business development.
• Profile in Property, Building, or Agriculture will be an added advantage.
• Robust relationship building, lead generation, and building relationship competencies.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and visual communication abilities.
• Competence in digital promotion platforms and CRM software is a plus.
