About The Position

  • The Project sample Manager is accountable for managing the loan project sample and top a team of Site Credit Officers within a specific state.
  • This position includes setting effectiveness targets, making sure credit risk is handled productively, preserving a healthy loan project sample, and pushing growth of the business and loan goods.
  • The Project sample Manager will team up with other departments (Goods, Risk, Processes, etc.) to uphold credit rules and ensure successful loan disbursement and repayment.

Adherence and Status updates:

  • Ensure adherence with compliance obligations and organizational guidelines connected with credit processes and project sample management.
  • Organize and show consistent project sample effectiveness documentation to Regional Credit Manager and VP, Credit Project sample Management, highlighting performance indicators, practices, and strategic guidance for advancement.
  • Verify that every recordkeeping and records are precise, current, and in line with adherence guidelines.

Participant Relation:

  • Work alongside cross-operational teams (Goods, Processes, Risk, etc.) to guarantee smooth loan disbursement and servicing methods.
  • Formulate and preserve solid connections with business customers and group participants to improve the organization’s market presence.
  • Handle and settle escalated client concerns and questions connected with the loan project sample.

Workflow optimization:

Recognize process differences and inefficiencies within credit management, making strategic guidance for system and process upgrades. Stay informed of standardized best practices, industry trends, and rival initiatives, adjusting plans as needed.

Credentials

  • Bsc (or higher) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field
  • 4-5 years of related experience in lending, credit, or project sample management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrable expertise in credit risk assessment and financial evaluation.
  • Solid understanding of compliance obligations and adherence in the financial sector.
  • Established history in coordinating and growing a loan project sample in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be resident in the state of duty.
