About the Position

We are looking for a highly structured, initiative-driven, and competent Photography Academy Manager to supervise the day-to-day activities of our Photography Academy in Maitama, Abuja. This position requires someone with robust managerial and management abilities who can organize programs, oversee employees, assist instructors, and ensure a smooth and specialist learning environment.

Primary duties

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the academy and ensure productive process
• Organize development plans, classes, workshops, and events
• Offer managerial and clerical assist (submitting, planning, information exchange, etc.)
• Oversee workspace inventory, tools, and facility needs
• Coordinate with students, instructors, and external associates
• Preserve precise records, student databases, and presence data records
• Manage questions (emails, phone calls, walk-ins) competently
• Track the learning environment to guarantee it is clean, structured, and welcoming
• Assist promotion and outreach endeavors to advance academy programs
• Help with financial planning, status updates, and business organizing.

Qualifications

• Certification or Academic qualification in Business Management, Management, Education, or relevant field preferred
• Previous expertise in management, workspace management, or academic synchronization
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies
• Robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities abilities
• Competence in Ms office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Capability to oversee employees and work alongside multicultural teams
• Interest or profile in photography or innovative industries will be an added advantage
