Position Overview

Spotlight Supermarket is looking for a vigilant, in charge, and client-friendly In-store Security staff to guarantee the accident and threat control of our store, employees, and clients. The preferred candidate will play a vital function in loss prevention, receipt confirmation, system issue status updates, and preserving a secure shopping environment.

Primary duties

• Track client and employees activity to prevent theft, vandalism, and unsafe conduct.
• Carry out consistent patrols around the sales floor, entrances, exits, and storage zones.
• Operate Closed-circuit television surveillance operational structures and authorization tools.
• Confirm client receipts against items bought before they exit the store.
• Take action calmly and competently to incidents which includes shoplifting, disputes, or crises.
• Ensure adherence to store safety regulations and stop intrusion entry to restricted zones.
• Preserve data records and documentation of guard initiatives, incidents, and routine checks.
• Collaborate with management and law enforcement as needed.
• Ensure fire exits, alarms, and guard tools are in operating requirement.
• Help in crowd regulate during campaigns, peak hours, and crises.

Qualifications

• At least certification OND / NCE with 2 - 4 years of expertise.
• Ideally Male
• Capability to operate without oversight.
