Position Overview

We are looking for a agile and adaptable Promotion & Facility manager to join our team in Benin. This hybrid position blends the strategic advancement of Ice Realty’s real estate listings and solutions with the business management of residential and business-related properties. The preferred candidate is both innovative and meticulous, with the capability to lead promotional initiatives while making sure smooth daily real estate management processes.

Real estate Management:

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of allocated residential and business-related properties.
• Serve as the key communication link between landlords, occupants, and service vendors.
• Oversee rent collection, lease agreements, and tenant information exchange.
• Organize servicing & maintenance, repairs, and real estate inspections.
• Guarantee adherence with compliance-related and safety qualifications.
• Track occupancy rates and execute plans to reduce openings.
• Organize consistent effectiveness and financial statements for real estate owners.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Estate Management, Business Management, or relevant field.
• 1 year of shared expertise in promotion, real estate management, or property solutions.
• Robust digital promotion competencies with competence in social platforms and content formation.
• Verified ability to oversee customer connections and settle tenant/landlord matters.
• Outstanding corporate, issue resolution, and bargaining ability.
• Clear expression and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding with the Benin housing market is a plus.
