Collaboration Manager at the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in Abuja

What we are seeking 

The Collaboration Manager delivers engineering guidance for NRC’s collaboration approach in Nigeria, embedding principled localisation within country plans, program, and internal operational structures. The position ensures quality across collaboration methods, capacity development of NRC employees and local associates, and harmonisation of resources and processes.

What you will do 

• In charge of the development and execution of collaboration plan in line with the worldwide Regulatory framework on Strategic collaborations with Local actors and the Local Actor Collaboration Handbook, framed to the Nigeria response circumstance.
• Offer tactical guidance, IT assistance and skills development assist across Country Workspace and Zone Workspaces on collaboration concerns.
• Guarantee adherence with and compliance to NRC rules, direction and standardized processes.
• Advance connections of reciprocal regard and shared learning with associates.
• In charge of the management of the full cycle of the Project Execution Agreements (PIA) process making sure full participation of local associates from strategic organizing, due diligence, project design, execution, M&E and learning and audit.
• Organize and supervise the co-development and co-execution of capacity strengthening action strategies dealing with associates’ specific business improvement needs.
• Strongly advocate SIP (Safe and Welcoming Programming) guidelines and principles within NRC and amongst project participants helped by NRC.
