Position Overview

The Chief of Projects & Infrastructural Servicing & maintenance is accountable for managing and coordinating all projects and servicing & maintenance initiatives connected with structure inside the company. This position includes strategic organizing, asset distribution, and making sure that projects are finished on time, within financial plan, and to the necessary quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bsc or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field; a MSC is a plus.
• At least 15 years of expertise in project coordination, with a minimum of 10 years in a executive function within structure servicing & maintenance.
• A member of a professional body in Project coordination (e.g., PMP) is highly preferred.
• Expertise in discussing terms, composing, and coordinating agreements for large-scale structure projects.
• Deep knowledge of project coordination structured approaches and resources.
• Established history of successfully supplying large projects on time and within financial plan.
• Outstanding logical, issue resolution, and strategic judgment competencies.
• Effective guidance abilities with clear articulation and stakeholder engagement competencies.
• Capability to operate jointly within a collaborative environment, while also competent of managing various projects at the same time.
• Expertise in safety and quality benchmarks in project implementation.
