Qualifications

• At least 3 years Human resources expertise, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or team supervisor position.
• Human resources accreditation (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Sound expertise in Nigerian employment regulation and Human resources industry standards.
• Expertise in engineering, production operations, or technical industries will be an added advantage.
• Robust interpersonal, executive guidance, and analytical abilities.
