About the Position

We are looking for a highly structured Manager, project who will be accountable for managing the successful implementation of projects from begin to finish. The preferred candidate will oversee the full scope of software development life cycle of the company and possess solid understanding of Nimble structured approaches and project coordination resources.

What You Will Do

• Formulate complete project strategies, which includes timelines, financial plans, and asset distribution.
• Supervise all phases of project life cycle from commencement to closure, making sure projects are fulfilled on time and within financial plan.
• Head cross-operational teams, which includes executive guidance, finance, developers, UI/UX professionals, and Quality assurance, to attain project goals.
• Offer clear direction, allocate duty, and supervise staff effectiveness to guarantee project success.
• Serve as the primary point of reach out for participants, offering frequent updates and coordinating requirements.
• Formulate and preserve the organization-wide product/product roadmap, cutting across all teams and quarterly periods, making sure it is current routinely to reflect modifications and match with business key focuses.
• Track and oversee the client orientation process to guarantee that all timelines are fulfilled and that customers are onboarded seamlessly into various goods.
• Organize with engineering and cross-functional teams to track function development and dispatch, making sure they stay on track and are finished inside the necessary timelines.
• Set and oversee dependencies across all projects, making sure that they are properly organized for and handled on time to avoid bottlenecks.
• Coordinate information exchange between internal teams and external customers, making sure alignment on project targets.
• Recognize promise risks and formulate risk reduction plans to reduce effect on delivery schedules and outputs.
• Track project risks and modify strategies as necessary to handle hurdles.
• Execute and oversee Nimble project coordination procedures, which includes sprint organizing, routine stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Constantly enhance methods to improve team productivity and resulting deliverables.
• Oversee financial plans, making sure cost-efficient use of assets.
• Track project expenditures and modify as necessary to avoid financial plan overruns.
• Verify that every outputs meet the highest quality benchmarks and follow organisation standard procedures.
• Carry out consistent project assessments to recognize zones for advancement and execute corrective actions.
• Preserve thorough project records and documentation, making sure clear visibility of project status for all participants.
• Organize and show project status documentation to top level management, making sure prompt correspondence of project status reports, hurdles, and modifications.

Who You Are

• Bsc in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of expertise in project coordination, with a solid experience in financial technology.
• A team player, great personality and objective-oriented
• Smart-operating, outgoing and humble.
• Demonstrated expertise in top cross-operational teams and coordinating various projects at the same time.
• Solid understanding of Nimble structured approaches and project coordination resources (e.g., Asana, Google Suite, Jira, Trello).
• Demonstrated expertise in organizing and updating product/project roadmaps and coordinating dependencies cross-departmentally and projects.
• Clear articulation, executive guidance, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to operate in a dynamic environment, making sure uninterrupted dispatch of projects and goods within tight due dates.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Nimble accreditation will be an added advantage
