Position Overview
The Adherence Manager will be offering expert adherence and risk guidance, ongoing servicing & maintenance and development of the entities’ risk and adherence structure, in accordance with compliance-related, industry, lawful and business guidelines and qualifications.
Key Duties
- Oversee the execution and management of Adherence Rules, Standardized processes and Programs.
- Ensure regular supervising, execution and adherence with worldwide practice and legislation legal provisions
- Formulate and execute methods for organizing, getting ready and demonstrating risk data.
- Formulate and execute risk indicators that enable informed decisions
- Supervise all organizational processes concerning adherence, which includes rules, investments, and standardized processes
- Produce and supervise the execution of efficient adherence management plans
- Design and track regulate operational structures to transaction with violations of lawful regulations and organizational guidelines.
- Formulate and execute organisation rules and rules
- Supervise all organizational processes concerning adherence, which includes rules, investments, and standardized processes
- Evaluate and assess organisation standardized processes and documentation to recognize hidden risks or common concerns
- Track the relevant legal provisions, stay on top of the agile legal provisions and rules and make modifications to the system as and when necessary
- Collect, evaluate, and analyze technical data, and convert it correctly into formal compliance-related entries
- Coordinate with SEC and other compliance-related bodies
- Offer expert guidance on core matters regarding legal adherence, targeting to keep the organization’s goods and solutions inside the quality assurance circle.
Qualifications
- First Academic qualification in law or relevant field and post-graduate education with a concentration on adherence and risk mitigation strategy
- A minimum of 10 years of operating expertise as a top level adherence manager
- Competence in using MS Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Competence in market trends, legal provisions, and rules
- Outstanding project coordination, executive guidance, corporate, information exchange and critical thinking
- AML/CTF credentials are preferred
- Superior expertise in industry rules and corporate standardized processes for preserving adherence
