Position Overview

The Security guard under the direct direction of the Guard Manager will minimize the risks poised to Programs, staff and assets through offering of proficiency and attentive Guard Management assist.

Obligations and Duties

• S/He will concentration on the uninterrupted execution of plans and procedures to guarantee a high level of guard for employees, assets and programs.
• S/He will preserve a high level of situational consciousness of his/her operating zone and robust synchronization with programme and programme assist teams.
• S/He will advance a robust Accident and threat control culture at site workspaces through uninterrupted guard development sessions.
• S/He will assist in carrying out guard risk evaluations (SRA) based on situational risk levels which includes the Accident and threat control for all NHF employees, qualified reliants, assets, assets, facilities, programs while making sure adherence with FHI 360’s Guard regulatory framework.  
• Help the State Workspaces, site sites in the daily carry out of workplace access control, making sure adequate responses to guard incidents both natural and man-made.
• Oversee execution of guard service providers and security officer companies as per accord.
• Oversee physical guard, fire safety and workspace evacuation drills periodically.
• Establish network with other key guard players for information exchanging and joint lobbying on guard matters where possible.
• Participate guard sessions which includes INSO/UNDSS and offer input from such sessions.
• Executing Standard Operating Standardized processes (SOPs) and rules for operating in the North-East.
• Prepare guard advisories and for general conditions and specific incidents during periods of heightened threat.
• As part of the North East Guard Team, transaction with guard incidents including FHI 360 employees and assets, inform as necessary and endorse response actions.
• Execute any other obligations as allocated.
