Sophisticated F&B Manager at Alan & Grant in Lagos

Position Overview

We pursue an skilled and agile Sophisticated F&B Manager to supervise the strategic and daily processes of all Food and beverage outlets and conferencing facilities across the estate. This executive function carries duty for service improvement, financial effectiveness, team development, and process effectiveness across various venues.

People & Results tracking:

Head and formulate a multi-disciplinary Food and beverage team across outlets. Carry out consistent development, effectiveness reviews, and training to build a high-effectiveness culture.

Finance Management:

Supervise and enhance all cost drivers, which includes cost of sales, work, and stock management. Work alongside the finance team to oversee financial plans, projection income, and regulate expenditures.

Qualifications

• A hospitality management certification or associated tertiary education is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of expertise in a top level Food and beverage executive function within a hotel, resort, or golf estate environment.
• Demonstrated expertise coordinating various outlets and high-volume events.
• Competence in MICROS (Food and beverage POS) and Opera PMS is crucial.
• Robust financial strategic insight with expertise coordinating financial plans and cost regulates.
• Exhibited executive guidance in visitor service dispatch and team management.
• Clear articulation, issue resolution, and planning abilities.
• Capability to operate under pressure in a agile, dynamic environment.
