Utility Manager at Multipro Consumer Products Limited in Ota, Ogun

Job Description

Oversee the process, servicing & maintenance, and effectiveness of all utility operational structures which includes boilers, air compressors, chillers, water treatment plants, generators, and Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operational structures.
Formulate and execute preventive and predictive servicing & maintenance plans for utility tools.
Track utility usage and ensure effectiveness in energy and asset usage.
Head diagnosing issues, fault diagnosis, and solution of tools breakdowns to reduce non-operational time.
Ensure adherence with safety, ecological, and statutory rules overseeing utility processes.
Organize with generation and technical groups to guarantee dependable utility stock to all plant processes.
Oversee, educate, and train utility technicians and operators to guarantee strong results and compliance to standardized processes.
Preserve precise records and documentation of utility processes, usage data, and servicing & maintenance initiatives.
Lead ongoing development projects in energy effectiveness, long-term viability, and system reliability.

Education: ND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.
Expertise: At least 10 years’ progressive expertise in utility processes and servicing & maintenance within a production operations or FMCG environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership/executive function.
Deep understanding of boiler processes, compressed air operational structures, cooling towers, refrigeration units, and power production operational structures.
Solid experience in preventive and predictive servicing & maintenance procedures.
Understanding with safety guidelines, ecological rules, and energy management operational structures.
