Zone Commercial manager - Milling at Ascentech Services Limited in Sagamu, Ogun

Position Overview

The Zone Commercial manager will be in charge of pushing sales and market distribute growth for the organization’s milling goods (e.g., flour, wheat, animal feed). The position includes conceptualizing robust client connections, recognizing new commercial opportunities, and making sure client fulfillment while delivering revenue goals.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute sales plans to attain every month, every quarter, and yearly revenue goals.
• Market and sell the organization’s milling goods to current and potential clients (wholesalers, distributors, bakeries, food processors, feed manufacturers, retailers, etc.).
• Carry out consistent market visits to build and preserve robust client connections.
• Recognize and formulate new commercial opportunities, which includes expanding into new territories or client segments.
• Track rival initiatives, pricing, and industry trends to offer findings for corporate plan.
• Collaborate with generation and logistics teams to guarantee on-time completion of goods.
• Collect client response and settle service issues promptly to preserve high client fulfillment.
• Organize and send periodic sales documentation on initiatives, avenues, and hurdles.
• Assist advertising marketing, trade shows, and promotion programs to boost corporate identity visibility.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Business Management, or relevant field (an agricultural or food science profile is a plus).
• 5-8 years’ proven sales expertise in the milling or agro-allied industry.
• Solid understanding of flour, wheat, grains, or feed milling markets preferred.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and people skills.
• Capability to operate independently and meet revenue goals.
• Robust issue resolution and client support competencies.
• Competence in MS Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Readiness to commute extensively within allocated territories.
