Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled Business operations manager to head our after-sales service network for energy storage initiatives. This position manages service outlets, group results, process optimization, and cross-operational partnership to guarantee effectiveness, quality, and client fulfillment.

Primary duties

• Service Network: Strategize establish, and oversee regional after-sales outlets to guarantee efficient coverage and smooth processes. ·
• Team lead: Hire, educate, and oversee service teams; improve specialized abilities, enhance asset use, and guarantee promptness response. ·
• Effectiveness & KPIs: Track service response/finalization times, execute KPI-based effectiveness reviews, and streamline processes. ·
• Process & Quality: Standardize and elevate support methods, carry out quality audits, execute client response mechanisms, and lead ongoing development. ·
• Information exchange: Build a service information repository and industry standards to strengthen team ability. ·
• Partnership: Collaborate with sales, technical, stock chain, and cross-functional teams to meet client needs and ensure smooth information exchange.

Credentials

• Bsc or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Operational structures, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field.
• 5+ years’ expertise in after-sales service, O&M, or service processes (energy storage/sustainable energy preferred).
• Proven competence in service network management, team lead, and process optimization.
• Clear expression, synchronization, and stress leadership abilities cross-departmentally and regions. · Analytics-based mentality with a concentration on measurable outcomes and service excellence.
