Duties

• As Business operations manager, you will be in charge of the efficient business management of the hotel so Heads of Department accomplish and exceed their income and Visitor fulfillment targets. Particularly, you will be in charge of executing the items listed duty to the highest guidelines:
• Work in conjunction with the Chief operator to actively oversee key real estate concerns (which includes capital projects; client support; refurbishment)
• Help the development of meaningful, achievable hotel financial plans and other short and long term hotel strategic targets
• Offer efficient executive guidance to the hotel executive team and team members to guarantee targets are fulfilled and exceeded
• Address audits that are finished by the organization to guarantee repetitive advancement is accomplished
• Strategize direct and organize the service dispatch of all business departments in order to meet and exceed visitor requirements
• Adhere and exceed hotel and organisation Service Guidelines
• Make sure that expenses are regulated throughout the business departments and outcomes are analysed routinely to bring to attention critical points and take suitable action
• Oversee and formulate the Heads of Department to guarantee career advancement and efficient succession organizing inside the hotel and organisation
