Obligations and Duties

• Hiring and interviewing possibility candidates on expertise, competencies, and education
• Arranging and coordinating new employee onboarding, orientation and capacity-building plans.
• Updating role expectations when needed and connecting candidates’ letters of recommendation.
• Executing criminal profile checks necessary by the organization
• Clarifying and offering information on employee perks, programs, and education
• Drawing up strategies for future staff recruiting standardized processes and targets Executing managerial duty
• Monitoring employee workplace safety and wellness standardized processes
• Advising on organisation advantage needs or analyzing advantage agreement offers
• Preserving employee records and paperwork; responding employee questions and dealing with employee matters with the organization.

Qualifications

Applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification, CIPM Accreditation with 3 - 10 years applicable professional background.
