Role summary

The Chief, Projects & Development is in charge of top the organizing, implementation, and dispatch of strategic projects and structure progress updates across the company. This comprises monitoring project design, financial planning, planning, quality assurance, and participant relation. The position make sure that all projects are in sync with strategic objectives and are fulfilled on time, within scope, and within financial plan while preserving high guidelines excellent quality and adherence.

Primary duties

  • Head the comprehensive management of capital and structure projects from commencement to finalization.
  • Formulate and execute project plans, frameworks, and structured approaches in line with industry standards.
  • Supervise viability assessments, design assessments, risk evaluations, and project reviews.
  • Oversee project teams, service providers, advisors, and other participants to guarantee on-time completion.
  • Track financial plans, plans, and assets to guarantee effectiveness and responsibility.
  • Guarantee adherence with supporting rules, safety guidelines, and ecological standard procedures.
  • Organize and show project proposals, advancement documentation, and finalization recordkeeping to top level management and participants.
  • Build teamwork cross-functional units to combine development programs with corporate key focuses.
  • Recognize and execute ongoing development programs in project coordination methods.
  • Assess and mitigate threats throughout the program duration, which includes risk reduction plans and contingency organizing.
  • Supervise procurement methods connected with project materials, solutions, and external service providers.
  • Ensure proper recordkeeping, archiving, and expertise move of all project-associated information.

Credentials

  • Bsc in Civil Engineering, Project coordination, Architecture, Business Management, or a relevant field.
  • MSC or applicable qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • At least 8+ years of progressive expertise in project coordination, with a minimum of 4 years in a executive team position.
  • Established history in supplying sophisticated development or structure projects within scope, time, and financial plan.
  • Solid understanding of project scheduling systems, financial forecasting, and compliance obligations.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, agreement management, and team lead.
