About the Position

The Business Development Manager will be in charge of pushing the growth and growth of the Company by recognizing new commercial opportunities, rising occupancy rates, building robust strategic collaborations, and optimizing corporate identity visibility in the hospitality and property short-let market. The position concentrates on income production, customer purchase, client loyalty, and positioning the business as a preferred choice for short-stay accommodations.

Primary duties

• Help the CBDO with the execution of business expansion plans to attain income and occupancy targets.
• Organize documentation, proposals, and demonstrations.
• Check in on action points allocated by the CBDO to guarantee on-schedule finish.
• Assist the CBDO in coordinating directs and customer connections.
• Organize with agents, associates, and guests to guarantee questions are responded to promptly.
• Manage daily customer information exchange as assigned by the CBDO.
• Track questions, modify reservation pipelines, and offer sales data to the CBDO.
• Help in head production and transformation initiatives under the CBDO’s direction.
• Oversee basic status reports on social platforms and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with the CBDO to design advertising marketing, digital promotion plans, and corporate identity consciousness programs.
• Constantly explore new markets, which includes expatriates, tourists, and local business travelers.

Key Qualifications

• Bsc in any applicable field
• 2 years +expertise operating in the service sector
• Clear articulation, bargain, and people skills.
• Competence in CRM resources, digital promotion, and MS Workspace applications.
