Job Description

The F&B Manager will be accountable for managing every facet of the F&B processes inside the establishment.
This position ensures the highest quality of client support, process effectiveness, profit margin, adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules, and compliance to corporate identity guidelines.
The manager delivers executive guidance to the team, encourages creative invention, and leads income through top-notch support dispatch.

Strategize arrange, and oversee all F&B processes to supply outstanding client experiences.
Guarantee adherence with health, hygiene, and safety rules.
Preserve high guidelines of food quality, visual communication, and service.
Supervise stock management, procurement, and customer connections.
Track income, expenditures, and profit margin, executing corrective measures where necessary.
Ensure exceptional visitor service and promptly settle client service issues or matters.
Track client fulfillment and execute plans to enhance the entire visitor expertise.
Work alongside the promotion team to advance F&B offerings and events.
Recognize and execute new practices, menu advancements, and service enhancements.
Collaborate with chefs, mixologists, and suppliers to improve offerings.
Assist advertising marketing and special events to lead sales and corporate identity visibility.
