Role summary

We are looking for a assured, agile, and outcomes-driven Zone Commercial manager to supervise sales processes and lead business expansion in Lagos. The preferred candidate is bright, communicate effectively, and cozy managing customer-facing demonstrations, talks, and closing high-value agreements.

Duties

• Formulate and execute sales plans to attain income targets and market penetration in Lagos.
• Oversee and grow current customer accounts while obtaining new clients.
• Carry out captivating demonstrations, product exhibitions, and pitches to potential customers.
• Head and oversee a team of sales delegates (where relevant).
• Observe industry trends, rival initiatives, and offer findings for strategic strategic judgment.
• Organize and show consistent sales effectiveness documentation for executive review.
• Promote and preserve robust customer connections to guarantee long-term corporate collaborations.
• Ensure outstanding corporate identity depiction at trade shows, customer sessions, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• 4 – 6 years proven sales/business development expertise, ideally in FMCG, in-store, or associated industries.
• Robust visual communication and bargaining ability with trust in public speaking.
• Verified ability to repeatedly meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and people skills.
• Highly driven, self-driven, and flexible to a dynamic business environment.
• Competence in MS Workspace resources (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); understanding with CRM resources is a plus.
