About the Position
We are looking for a HR Manager to head this transformation, lead people plan, and establish productive Human resources operational structures that match with business targets. The preferred candidate will be both strategic and practical, with a solid experience in Human resources processes, adherence, and business improvement.
Primary duties
- Head the design, development, and execution of Human resources rules, systems, and methods.
- Supervise comprehensive hiring process, orientation, and human resource management.
- Collaborate with management to lead corporate reorganization and labor organizing.
- Execute results tracking operational structures to build a outcomes-driven culture.
- Ensure regulatory adherence with work legal provisions, workplace engagement, and disciplinary methods.
- Oversee wage processing, employee welfare, and perks management.
- Advise executive guidance on Human resources plan, staff planning, and employee training.
- Promote a positive, compelling, and efficient office culture.
- Preserve Human resources records and offer statistics-driven findings for executive review.
Qualifications
- Bsc in HR, Business Management, or relevant field (Human resources qualifications is a plus).
- At least 4–6 years Human resources expertise, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership/executive capacity.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian work legal provisions, Human resources procedures, and adherence qualifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in setting up Human resources operational structures during corporate reorganization.
- Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and dispute settlement competencies.
- Capability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation.
