Job Description

Position Objective

The Manager, project will be in charge of organizing, managing, and carrying out engineering projects from commencement to finalization. The position includes making sure that projects are fulfilled on time, within financial plan, and to the necessary quality benchmarks, while coordinating customer requirements and preserving adherence with organisation rules and industry rules.

Core tasks

  • Examine and evaluate projects to guarantee adherence with building codes, safety guidelines, and other compliance obligations.
  • Make sure that projects meet all predetermined requirements and targets.
  • Formulate and preserve thorough project strategies to track and track advancement.
  • Oversee modifications to project scope, timetable, and expenses using authorized confirmation methods.
  • Measure and assess project effectiveness using suitable resources and structured approaches.
  • Ensure full adherence with guidelines, requirements, and quality rules.

  • Carry out and supervise quality assurance and safety checks in-field.
  • Coordinate on-site surveys, measurements, customer briefings, and on-site sessions.
  • Explore setbacks, compensation, or accidents in-field and ensure corrective standardized processes are executed.
  • Regulate the dispatch, issuance, and use of materials in-field.
  • Oversee workers’ effectiveness, quality of work, presence, and timeliness.
  • Preserve cordial connections with organizer networks and compliance-related governing bodies.
  • Organize and send thorough periodic project documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Execute any other associated obligations as may be allocated.
