Position Overview

We are looking for a highly proficient, specialist, and structured Finance Manager to join our agile team at Vestates Limited. As a key member of our executive guidance team, you will be accountable for managing all financial processes, making sure adherence with accounting guidelines, and offering strategic financial findings to assist business expansion.

Credentials

• Applicants should have a Bsc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 - 4 years ofwork expertise in financial accounting.
• A member of a professional body (which includes ICAN and/or its equivalent) is essential
• Solid understanding of accounting guidelines and management accounting/status updates.
• Verified ability to build and sustain connections with financial institutions, with exposure to capital raising or capital-lifting programs, will be assessed a plus.
• Skilled in finance platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
• Outstanding logical and analytical abilities.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Robust relationship building abilities: verified ability to build and preserve efficient connections with participants.
• Skilled in using Office productivity software bundles.
• Highly meticulous with exceptional organisational and schedule control competencies.
• Capability to operate independently and jointly in a dynamic environment.
