The Event Manager at Eden Forever Christmas Decorators is in charge of organizing, managing, and carrying out festive decoration projects and events that match with the organization’s guidelines of superiority.
The position ensures smooth customer experiences by joining event management, client support, information exchange, and social platforms relation to improve corporate identity presence and customer satisfaction.
The Event Manager manages the comprehensive implementation of decoration projects and events, from customer interaction to post-event client engagement.
The position requires robust client support, corporate, and verbal abilities, in addition to competence in social platforms management to highlight Eden Forever’s work and build corporate identity visibility.

Serve as the primary point of reach out for customers before, during, and after projects.
Manage customer questions, offer status reports, and ensure exceptional service dispatch.
Collect response to enhance future solutions and preserve customer connections.

Bsc in Event Management, Communications, Promotion, or relevant field.
3 – 5 years expertise in event organizing, project coordination, or client-facing positions (hospitality, décor, or associated industries preferred).
Robust client support and verbal abilities (verbal & documented).
Competence in social platforms admin systems (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Task juggling skill, perform in high-stress situations, and adjust to festive season needs.
Team lead expertise with a concentration on partnership and issue resolution.
