About the Position

We are looking for an skilled Procurement Manager (Building) to supervise and oversee all procurement initiatives within large-scale building projects. Primary duties

• Formulate and execute procurement plans in sync with project goals and timelines.
• Acquire, bargain, and oversee agreements with worldwide and local suppliers for building materials, tools, and solutions.
• Ensure cost-efficient procurement while preserving premium quality and adherence guidelines.
• Establish and preserve supplier key indicators, pushing ongoing development.
• Work alongside PMs, engineers, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with project needs.
• Observe industry trends, pricing, and stock risks to enhance buying decisions.
• Guarantee alignment to health, safety, ecological, and quality qualifications in all procurement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bsc in Stock Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or relevant field (MSC preferred).
• Specialist qualifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) are a plus.
• At least 8–10 years’ procurement expertise, with a minimum of 5 years in large-scale building projects.
• Robust international vendor management and deal discussion competencies.
• Outstanding expertise in building materials, logistics, and stock chain processes.
• Verified ability to head cross-operational procurement teams.
• Clear expression, logical, and analytical abilities.
