Project coordinator - Production operations at Ascentech Services Limited in Ajaokuta, Kogi

Position Overview

We are seeking an skilled Project coordinator to supervise civil and mechanical projects, making sure smooth implementation, cost effectiveness, quality dispatch, and adherence with industry guidelines. The preferred candidate will possess robust competence in project organizing, resourcing, costing, design, implementation, status updates, and plant modification.

Primary duties

• Oversee daily project initiatives in-field to guarantee prompt and quality dispatch.
• Assist project organizing, planning, and asset distribution.
• Track expenses, milestone tracking, and adherence with design requirements.
• Ensure health, safety, and ecological guidelines are firmly followed.
• Organize with service providers, vendors, and team members to attain project targets.
• Organize and send precise project status documentation.
• Offer technical direction and settle in-field hurdles.
• Help in coordinating plant modifications and upgrades when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Academic qualification / Higher national diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or associated Engineering site.
• 10–15 years industry and site expertise in civil/mechanical project oversight.
• Established history in project resourcing, organizing, costing, design, and implementation.
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and planning abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and manage various key focuses.
