National Commercial manager at Transsion Holdings in Lagos

Overview

We are looking for an skilled Commercial manager to head and advocate our Television and Washing Machine (Twin Tub Semi Auto) categories across Nigeria. The preferred candidate will bring in-depth sector awareness, demonstrated achievement in coordinating nationwide vendor networks, and executive team expertise with top electronics brands in Nigeria.

Primary duties

• Act as the category advocate for TVs and Washing Machines, pushing nationwide sales effectiveness.
• Oversee and assist vendors across Nigeria to guarantee product visibility, attractiveness, and market penetration.
• Offer direction to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) on a dotted-line status updates basis.
• Repeatedly accomplish and exceed every month sales KPIs for both product categories.
• Formulate and implement plans to grow market distribute, strengthen vendor relation, and optimized revenue.
• Observe industry trends, rival initiatives, and client findings to mentor plan and implementation.
• Work alongside productively with cross-operational teams to supply nationwide sales targets.
• Deliver promptly sales documentation, projections, and findings to the Sales Director.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, or relevant field (Master of business administration preferred).
• Executive top level expertise as a Regional Manager or Country Manager in the TV and/or Washing Machine categories.
• Compulsory prior expertise with top electronics brands which includes Fouani (Hisense), SIMS (TCL or Royal), MEWE, or Skyrun.
• Exhibited capability to repeatedly supply on sales KPIs in the Nigerian electronics market.
• Effective guidance, bargain, and vendor connection leadership abilities.
• Readiness and capability to commute extensively nationwide.
