National Commercial manager - TV & Washing Machine at Transsion Holdings in Ikeja, Lagos

Explanation

We are looking for an skilled National Commercial manager to head and advocate our TV and Washing Machine (Twin Tub Semi Auto) categories across Nigeria. The preferred candidate will possess comprehensive expertise coordinating nationwide vendor networks, a robust track document of delivering revenue goals, and executive team expertise with top electronics brands in Nigeria.

Primary duties

• Serve as the category advocate for both TV and Washing Machines (Twin Tub Semi Auto), pushing nationwide sales and effectiveness.
• Oversee and assist vendors nationwide, making sure robust product visibility and market penetration.
• Interact with all Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) on a dotted line status updates basis.
• Accomplish and exceed every month sales KPIs for both TV and Washing Machine categories.
• Formulate and implement plans to grow market distribute, vendor relation, and income effectiveness.
• Track industry trends, rival initiatives, and client findings to guide corporate plan.
• Ensure efficient partnership with cross-operational teams to supply nationwide sales targets.
• Offer consistent sales documentation, projections, and status reports to the Sales Director.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, or a relevant field (Master of business administration preferred).
• Executive top level expertise as a Regional Manager or Country Manager for TV and/or Washing Machine categories.
• Prior expertise with top electronics brands which includes Fouani (Hisense), SIMS (TCL or Royal), MEWE, or Skyrun is compulsory.
• Verified ability to repeatedly supply on sales KPIs in the Nigerian electronics market.
• Effective guidance, bargain, and vendor connection leadership abilities.
• Capability to commute extensively across Nigeria.
