Position Overview

As we scale our processes, we are looking for a seasoned and meticulous Male Cleaner Manager to head our Processes with honesty and reliability, precision, and strategic findings. We are a trusted consultant for brands in Nigeria, offering specialist direction to produce and preserve clean and pleasant environments for our customers.

Duties

• Allocate duty and obligations to janitorial team members
• Oversee staff effectiveness and offer direction and response
• Examine premises routinely to guarantee duty are properly finished
• Address any janitorial crises
• Oversee cleaning inventory inventory, placing orders as required
• Guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules
• Educate team members in assigned tasks, health and safety protocols and organisation rules
• Handle any service issues or concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.

Qualifications

Applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree with 2 - 10 years of work expertise.
