Role summary

As we scale our processes, we are looking for a seasoned and meticulous male cleaner team supervisor with honesty and reliability, precision, and strategic findings.

Duties

• Head and oversee a remote team of janitorial employees, making sure clear communication and synchronization of duty
• Formulate and execute cleaning plans and procedures to preserve cleanliness and hygiene in all facilities
• Carry out consistent inspections to guarantee adherence with workplace safety and wellness rules
• Offer learning and assist to team members on industry standards and health and safety protocols
• Track stock of cleaning inventory and tools, placing orders as necessary
• Handle and settle any concerns or matters elevated by team members or participants
• Promote a positive and efficient collaborative environment that promotes career progression and development

• Expertise in development and training employees within a telecommuting environment
