Position Overview

The Agreement Manager, project will supervise the organizing, implementation, and finalization of allocated building projects. They are in charge of making sure that every facet of the project—design, authorizing, financial planning, oversight, quality assurance, and closeout—are carried out productively, safely, and within specified timelines and financial plans. This position requires robust domain expertise in either civil engineering or architecture and expertise in coordinating in-field and off-on-site project elements.

Participant Synchronization:

• Act as the primary point of reach out for customers, advisors, and compliance-related bodies.
• Oversee customer connections, handle questions, and ensure fulfillment throughout the project.
• Bargain agreements, oversee adjustment orders, and regulate project scope.

Managerial & Status updates:

• Preserve precise project records which includes RFIs, adjustment data records, drawings, and on-site documentation.
• Deliver promptly status reports and status documentation to team directs and strategic leadership.
• Track on-site expenditures and assist financial plan compliance and predicting.

Credentials

• ND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Tech, or relevant field.
• 1–2 years’ expertise in project oversight, on-site synchronization, or building management.
• Competence in project coordination software and resources (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.).
• Clear expression, executive guidance, and planning abilities.
• Task juggling skill, solve challenges proactively, and organize schedule productively.
