What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the business across Africa to hire and close the best skilled out there who distribute our purpose
• Serve as a thought work collaboratively for our recruiting managers to assist them comprehend key information around candidate pool, marketing plan, interview strategize and more for new and recurring vacancies
• Track significant data findings across the full scope of hiring funnel, from procurement to close, and constantly modify based on findings
• Build and enhance upon current methods to guarantee our hiring methods are efficient and productive
• Strategically strategy and own a pipeline of multifaceted, exceptionally certified applicants and ensure a first-class expertise throughout the full scope of process
• Assist to guarantee that Zipline is urgency sorting diversity in all of our recruiting endeavors across the organization
• Imaginatively leverage various channels to acquire and engage extraordinary skilled

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of high-volume, full lifecycle hiring expertise
